Mixing up Spring Trends

If there is a trend that I want to wear a lot this Spring and even during the summer is off-the- shoulder clothes. That's not only because I really like my shoulders, but also because I think it brings some femininity to my outfits. I wear a lot of pants and sneakers so it's nice to have something to give a little girly touch to my looks. In this outfit I am wearing a top that has even more femininity to it thanks to the ruffles: another spring trend. I am sort of obsessed with ruffles right now but I have to admit that they could be hard to fit your body well. I have tried many tops that made my belly look like I was expecting twins, or just didn't look flattering. This one has the bigger ruffles around my chest, and smaller ones around my waist, which helps to not make me look like I am pregnant. In fact, I don't think it makes my stomach to look bigger at all. The fun asymmetrical line from my neck to my off-the-shoulder, adds some proportion and I really like the effect it gives to the top: very modern but still dainty.
