For those who don't know, DUMBO is a neighborhood located between Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge, which connects both boroughs. DUMBO stands for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. Is a very small neighborhood but with incredible beautiful views of Manhattan and its bridges. There are many cute stylish restaurants and shops around. Pizzeria Grimaldi's and Jacques Torres Chocolate shop being two famous and most visited. You see street art all around, but most impressing are the walls with vibrant colors by Momo Art.
In DUMBO you find people from everywhere with all different styles, but of course since it is a Brooklyn neighborhood you will find the 'hipster touch', and it is definitely a great place to buy vintage. Visit DUMBO ;)
Para aqueles que nao sabem, DUMBO e uma area localizada entre Manhattan e a Ponte do Brooklyn, que liga os dois bairros. E uma area bem pequena mas com incriveis paisagens de Manhattan e suas pontes. Muitos restaurantes e lojinhas fofas e estilosas em toda parte. A Pizzeria Grimaldi's e Jacques Torres Chocolate shop sao dois famosos e mais visitados.
Voce ve arte em toda parte, mas o que e mais impressionante sao as paredes com as cores vibrantes. Em DUMBO voce acha pessoas de todos os lugares e de todos os estilos, mas por ser no Brooklyn, voce vai achar alguns 'toques hipsters', e e definitivamente um otimo lugar pra comprar vintage.
